промежуток времени, оговоренный между инсайдерами компании, владеющими акциями, и андеррайтерами, в течении которого эти акционеры должны воздерживаться от продажи принадлежащих им акций на открытом рынке. Такое соглашение является демонстрацией доверия новым акционерам со стороны существующих владельцев акций. Продажа акций группой инсайдеров может быть разрешена до наступления момента истечения срока запрета только при согласии андеррайтеров (см. insider)
